You can find us at No 23 in Suramangalam. We are right in the Salem 636005 area. Our office is located directly opposite the police station. We are also very close to the Salem Junction railway station. Because of the station, this area is always buzzing with travelers. You can hear the train whistles and the announcements if you listen closely. We get a lot of people walking in who just arrived in the city. Our place is simple. We have a desk, some chairs, and a calendar on the wall. We spend the day talking to people about their travel plans. Being opposite the police station makes it a very safe and easy-to-find spot. Suramangalam is a busy neighborhood with lots of tea shops and small eateries. We usually grab our lunch from one of the places nearby. The office is not anything special to look at, but it is where all the work happens. We handle the bookings and talk to the drivers from here. It is a lot of manual work, keeping track of everything. We have been at this location for a good while now. It feels like we are right in the heart of the city's travel hub. Every day brings a new set of people heading somewhere else. We just stay here and help them get on their way. The station lights are always visible from our door at night when we lock up.
