We are located at 351 in Rajaji Nagar, which is part of the Alagapuram area. Our shop is where we handle all kinds of office machinery like printers and copiers. It is a bit of a specialized field, so our workspace is usually cluttered with spare parts, toner cartridges, and machines that are halfway taken apart. Rajaji Nagar is a nice neighborhood, and being in Alagapuram means we are close to a lot of the businesses we help out. We spend a lot of our time out on the road visiting offices, but this is where we come back to do the heavy repairs. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular storefront with some old machines in the window. We've been doing this for long enough that we can usually tell what's wrong with a copier just by the sound it makes. It is a bit of a messy job with all the ink and grease, but someone has to do it. We don't have any corporate slogans or big missions; we just want to make sure people can print their papers without the machine jamming every five minutes. Most of our days are spent fixing things and talking to customers about their office setups. It is a steady, practical way to make a living in this part of town.
