Our shop is in the Ksk Complex on Omalur Main Road, right near Sankar Theatre in Jagir Ammapalayam. It's a crowded area but it's easy for people to find us when they are heading out of Salem. We have a few vehicles that we use for tours and general travel needs. Most of the time, families come to us when they have a wedding or they want to go to the temple for the weekend. We have been at this address, 336/5, for a while and the locals know our faces by now. It isn't a high-end corporate place, just a room with some chairs and a desk where we handle the bookings. Sometimes we stay late when a group is coming back from a long trip at night. My brother and I take turns sitting in the office while the other one checks the cars. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just take people where they need to go. The traffic near the theatre can get pretty bad during the evening shows, so we always tell our drivers to start a bit early. We keep things straightforward here. If the car is ready and the driver is there, the trip goes fine. We like living and working in this part of Salem because everything is close by. It’s a busy life but we are used to it and we enjoy meeting new people.
