Gladiola Agrotech

Gladiola Agrotech is tucked away in the Jayavel Mill Compound. The address is 33/504-A on Kariya Perumal High Road in Nethimedu. It’s an old industrial area and you can feel the history in the walls of the compound. We deal with a lot of agricultural stuff, so there’s always a bit of an earthy smell around the place. Farmers from the surrounding areas stop by quite often to see what we have in stock. The office is pretty basic with just enough chairs for us and a few visitors. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their crops and what they need for the next season. It isn’t a high-tech environment. We have some old ledgers and a lot of samples sitting on the shelves. Sometimes the dust from the mill next door blows in through the windows but we don't mind it much. We know the people around here and they know us. The work isn't always easy and there are days when we are just moving heavy bags around until our backs ache. But it’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Kariya Perumal High Road is always noisy with tractors and trucks, which is exactly how an agrotech spot should be. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just stay here in the compound and do what needs to be done for the folks who rely on us every season.
