We are based at 101, Junction Main Road in the Suramangalam area of Salem. Our building is very close to the local Fire Service Station, so we occasionally hear the sirens when they head out on a call. Being on Junction Main Road means we are right in the thick of things. There is always a lot of movement outside with people heading toward the railway station or the bus stands. Our space is quite functional. We have some computer setups and desks arranged in a way that makes sense for our daily work. It is not a high-tech looking office with glass walls; it’s more of a lived-in space that feels like a real workplace. We spend our time troubleshooting or teaching, depending on what the day requires. The floors are a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic over the years, and our desks are covered in notes and cables. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning up. It is an honest day's work in a busy part of Salem. We like being near the fire station because it makes it very easy to give directions to anyone coming to see us for the first time. We just focus on the technology and the people we are helping every day. We don't have any fancy posters or promotional banners, just the equipment we use for our lessons and a small cupboard for some spare parts.
