You can find Dhivya Travels out near the Toll Gate in Omalur, at No 3/248. Being near the toll gate is actually pretty convenient because we see everyone coming into or leaving Salem. It is a bit of a different vibe than being right in the middle of the city. There is a bit more space, but the sound of the highway is always there in the background. We have been operating from this spot for quite a while. Our office is a small, functional place. We do not spend money on fancy furniture or big lights. We would rather focus on keeping the vehicles running well. I usually spend my time talking to travelers who are passing through or locals who need to get somewhere fast. It is a busy life, especially during the holidays when everyone is on the road. Sometimes we have to work late to make sure a trip is ready for the next morning. My family helps out quite a bit. We do not have a big marketing plan. We just rely on being in a good location and treating people fairly. Omalur is a growing area, and being near the toll gate means we are easy to spot. If you are heading out of Salem or just arriving, you will likely see our sign. We just keep things moving, one trip at a time, for whoever stops by.
