You can find us at the Malli Mall Complex on Advaitha Ashram Road. We are up on the first floor, in suite No 3 & 1/255. Being in the Fair Lands area means there is always a lot going on, especially since the New Bus Stand is so close by. You can hear the buses and the crowds from here most of the day. We set up shop here because it’s a central place for travel in Salem. People are always looking for a way to get to the next town or plan a trip with their family. We just sit here and help them figure out the best way to do that. It is not a very big office, but it fits us just fine. We spend our time looking at maps, schedules, and talking to drivers. It gets a bit hectic when the holiday seasons come around, but we manage. Most of the time, it’s just the usual routine of answering questions and writing down details. We don't use any fancy systems, just the basic stuff to keep things organized. The Fair Lands area is a good place to be if you’re in the travel business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing what we do, one day at a time, right here in the mall.
