We operate out of the 636016 area in Salem. It is a part of the city we know very well because we have lived and worked here for a long time. Our travel business is pretty straightforward. We don't have a big, shiny office in a skyscraper; we just have our local spot where we take care of things. Most of our work involves helping neighbors and local folks get their travel plans sorted. Whether it’s a short trip or something longer, we just handle the details. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure everything is lined up. Salem is a busy place, and there are always people needing to go somewhere. We like being part of that energy. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s a quiet way of doing business, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The office is just a place to keep the books and take calls. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep things running smoothly for the people who come to us.
