Walia Exports And Traders is located in New Madho Nagar. It’s a residential-style area that’s slowly seen more businesses moving in over the years. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit. Our setup is pretty basic. We use the space we have to manage the trading side of things and handle the export logs. There’s usually a lot of boxes moving in and out, so the front area gets a bit cramped. New Madho Nagar is a decent place to be because it’s not as chaotic as the main market areas, though it still gets busy during the day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and find one of us working near the back. We handle a lot of the logistics ourselves. It’s hands-on work every day. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is due or when there’s a lot of paperwork to clear. The neighbors are mostly used to the trucks coming by now. We try to keep things quiet when we can. It’s just a regular local business. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Most people who know us just come by or call because they’ve worked with us before. It’s a simple operation and that’s the way we prefer to keep it.
