The Forest Wooden Articles

We are located right near the Subham Anda Store on Delhi Road. If you are looking for us, just find the egg store and we are right there in Purani Mandi. The name is The Forest Wooden Articles. It’s a bit of a noisy place because we are always working with wood. There is always the sound of a saw or someone sanding something down. My clothes are almost always covered in a fine layer of sawdust. It gets into everything. Sara Sahaji is a busy area, and being on Delhi Road means there is a lot of traffic. We don't have a big, fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s mostly just a workshop where we get things done. We have a few benches and a lot of scrap wood in the corners. We make various wooden items. Nothing too complicated, just stuff people can use. Sometimes it’s a bit hot in the summer because we don't have air conditioning, just a couple of old fans. We drink a lot of water and keep working. We’ve been here for a while and the people around here know us. We aren't trying to be the best or anything like that. We just do our work and try to stay busy. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over. That’s just part of working with your hands. It’s an honest way to make a living and pay the bills.
