S. S. Exports

S. S. Exports is located in a very old part of the city, at Gher Katla Seth Bal Mukand in More Ganj. Being near the City Kotwali means there is always a lot of history and activity around us. The streets are very narrow, so getting goods moved in and out takes a bit of planning and a lot of patience. It is a traditional area, and our office reflects that. We don't have modern glass walls; instead, we have thick stone walls and old wooden doors. The way we do business is also a bit old-fashioned. We rely a lot on personal relationships and word-of-mouth. Most of our staff have been with us for a decade or more, and they know the business inside out. We spend a lot of time talking to regular customers and making sure they are happy with what we are sending them. Sometimes the market gets very loud, and it is hard to hear on the phone, but that is just part of being in More Ganj. We keep our records in big bound books as well as on the computer, just in case. It is a slow and steady kind of life, and we don't feel the need to rush things or change how we operate just to look more modern. We like being where we are, right in the heart of the old city.
