We’ve been here in Modasa for quite a while now. Reliance Engg.Asso.Ltd is tucked away in this part of Gujarat, 383315 to be exact. It’s mostly about getting things done every day without too much noise. People around here know the address and the shop. Engineering work isn't always pretty, it's about tools and fixing stuff that breaks. Some days are busier than others. The heat in Gujarat can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we start early. Our shop isn't fancy at all. There’s dust on the shelves and the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it's on high. It’s a local spot. Most of us grew up around here or moved from nearby towns. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. It's just the workspace where we handle the technical side of things. If you walk down the street, you’ll see our sign. It's nothing special to look at, just part of the neighborhood. We drink tea twice a day and talk about the jobs coming in. It’s simple work, really. Just staying busy and keeping the lights on. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to wait around, but that’s how it goes. Modasa is a quiet place for the most part. We like it that way. No big speeches here, just the daily grind and making sure the tasks are finished before we head home for dinner.
