Our spot is at 76/77, Adarsh Bunglow in the Motipura area of Himatnagar. We are part of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. and we work out of the Sabarkanta district in Gujarat. Like some of our other locations, this is a bunglow-style office. It’s a bit more personal than working in a big skyscraper. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to project planning and another for the accounts and paperwork. Himatnagar is a nice place to work, and being in Motipura means we are close to the local markets and transit points. We spend our mornings checking the weather and the supply lists. It’s all about making sure the engineering work continues without too many hiccups. We don't really have a marketing team here. If you ask about us, people will just say we’re the ones working on the local infrastructure. We wear simple clothes and spend a lot of time on our feet. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when the weather is decent. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk about what needs to be built and how we are going to get the materials there. It’s a steady way to live and work in this part of India. We just get it done. It’s a quiet life but we are productive. It's just how we do things in Motipura.
