Yuvaka Information Technologies Private Limited is on the first floor of an Scf on Landran Road. We are right near the Tus Ajurcy in Kharar, Mohali. Being on Landran Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by all day long. You can hear the horns and the general buzz of the street from our office. It’s a bit of an older building, and the stairs are a little narrow, but it works for us. We are right in the middle of a very local part of town, which we actually like. It’s easy to step out and grab a samosa or a quick chai when we need a break from the screens. Our team is mostly made up of people from the local area. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s a workspace first and foremost. We have our computers, some old files, and a few chairs that have seen better days. It’s a practical environment for doing IT work. We handle whatever comes our way without much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in this part of Punjab, and we just deal with it. We aren't some high-flying tech startup with millions in funding. We are just a small company doing our bit in Kharar. It’s an honest living and we have a good group of people here. The location makes it easy for most of us to get home quickly.
