We are located in the Chacha Halwai building over in Nana Peth. It is an older part of the city that has a lot of character and history. Our workspace is in Swastik Vihar, specifically at SCO 34-37. We do a lot of different work related to property and building around this area. The office is usually humming with people coming in and out all day long. Nana Peth is a very crowded neighborhood, so there is always a lot of noise coming up from the street, but we have all gotten used to it by now. We do not go for anything that looks too flashy or expensive. The walls just have a few photos of projects we have finished and that is about it. My team and I focus on the daily tasks like managing construction sites and talking to people about what they need for a home. It is not always an easy job, especially when there are big delays with building materials or finding enough labor, but we manage to get through it. We have been in this same building for quite some time. Most of our clients are local folks who already know the family or have worked with us in the past. We do not use big complicated words or try to act like some kind of corporate giant. We are just a group of people working out of a well-known building in this city. We try to be as reliable as we can.
