Xyloop Technologiesprivate Limited is located on the 4th floor of Plot No. F-33 in the Industrial Area, Phase 8. We share the building with a few others, so you’ll often see us waiting for the elevator or grabbing a snack from the vendor downstairs. The office itself is nothing too fancy. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel because we spend so many hours here. There are stacks of papers and empty tea cups on some desks by the end of the day. We are just a group of people trying to make things work in the tech world. It’s not always easy, and there are days when things don’t go as planned, but we stick with it. We don't have a dedicated person for company culture or anything like that; we just chat while we work and maybe go out for a meal once in a while. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding industrial buildings, which is okay. The area is always humming with activity, which keeps us energized in a weird way. We do our best to stay on top of our tasks without making a big deal out of it. It’s a straightforward business in a straightforward part of town. We’ve been here for a bit and know the rhythms of the building. It suits us just fine.
