Nj Bakers

Nj Bakers is located in Phase 7, over in Sector 61 of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’re right in the thick of it. Every morning starts the same way, with us getting the ovens ready and the first batches of dough prepared. We aren't some massive chain. We’re just a local bakery where you can see us working behind the counter. The shop is usually humming with the sound of the cooling fans. We have people coming in for their morning bread or a cake for a party later in the evening. It’s a fast-paced environment, especially during the holidays or on weekends. The street outside always has cars and people moving around, which keeps us on our toes. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or polished signs. We just focus on the baking part. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy with flour, and we’re constantly wiping down the counters. It’s just the two of us and a helper usually. We’ve been in Sector 61 long enough to know many of our customers by their names. It feels good to be a part of the neighborhood. We don't have any grand plans to expand or become a big corporation. We just want to keep making decent stuff for the people who live nearby. If you’re around Phase 7, you can usually find us by following the smell.
