Our place is located at Plot 202 in the Industrial Area, Phase IX, which is quite close to Mohali. It is a typical industrial spot with lots of trucks moving around and other factory units nearby. We work with natural products here. The building itself is not anything special to look at, just a sturdy brick and concrete structure where we get our daily work done. Inside, it usually smells like various plant extracts and essential oils. We spend our mornings sorting through raw materials and making sure everything is where it should be in the warehouse. It is a very hands-on kind of job for all of us. The staff here mostly lives in the nearby sectors, so we all know each other pretty well. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just show up, do the production work, and head home in the evening. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of the industrial area, and we have to adjust our schedule, but that is just how things go. We deal with various shops and distributors who need natural ingredients for their own products. It is a steady rhythm that we have developed over the years. The office is small and a bit cluttered with samples and files. We have seen the industrial area grow quite a bit, and it is a lot busier now than it used to be.
