Hot On Wheels

We are located over at Sco-523 and 524 in Sector-70, Mohali. It’s a busy spot and we’re usually right in the middle of things. We’ve been here for a while, and most people in Mohali know the area. We deal with food on the move, hence the name, though we do a lot of the heavy lifting right here at the shop. The space at Sco-523 and 524 is where we keep the supplies and get the vehicles ready. It gets pretty hectic around lunch and dinner times. There’s always someone coming in or out. We aren’t a fancy restaurant with soft lights and quiet music. It’s more of a working space where things get done. We’ve had some good years here in Sector-70. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to get the vans out on time, but we usually manage. We’ve got a small team, and we all know our roles. It’s not a corporate setup where everything is tracked on a computer; we mostly use notebooks and our own memories to keep things straight. Sometimes we forget to write something down, but we always figure it out. It’s just how we run things. Being in Mohali is good because we are close to everything. We’re just regular people trying to keep the wheels turning and the food hot. It gets tiring after a long shift, but we show up again the next day.
