Global Media & Marketing Services is based out of Hig 1414 in Phase-9, Mohali. It’s more of a residential-style setup than a typical office, which we actually like because it feels a bit more relaxed than being in a big glass office block. We do all sorts of media and marketing work from here. It involves a lot of sitting at our screens and trying to figure out the best way to get things seen by the right people. Phase-9 is a nice area in Mohali, and it’s pretty easy to get around once you know the turns. We’ve been here for a while. Our setup is pretty simple. We have the technology we need and not much else in the way of luxury. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or big decorations because we’d rather just focus on the work we’re doing. Some days we are working late into the evening if a project needs it. It’s just the nature of this kind of job. We don’t have a massive team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. You might find us doing deep research one minute and then dealing with client calls the next. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees and a fancy lobby. It’s just us here in Mohali. We like the local feel of the place. People usually find out about us through word of mouth rather than ads. We just let the work speak for itself.
