Aps Group

We are located on the first floor of SCO-409 in Sector 20, Punchkula. It’s one of those typical office blocks where everyone knows each other. We’ve been here for a while, working on different property projects and helping people find office space or homes. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, but it keeps us moving. Our office is usually full of maps and blueprints laid out on the tables. We spend a lot of time talking to the local authorities and checking on building permits. It can be a slow process, but we’ve learned to be patient with the paperwork. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the Punchkula area really well. We see a lot of changes happening in Sector 20, with new shops opening up all the time. We try to keep our eyes open for any good opportunities for the people who come to see us. Sometimes we grab a quick lunch at the stalls downstairs and talk shop with the other business owners. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being part of the local scene. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the files are in order at the end of the day.
