Our office is basically a converted apartment space, which makes it feel a lot more like home than a cold business center. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend most of our hours looking at monitors and trying to figure out technical problems. Since it’s an OPC, things stay pretty simple around here without too many layers of management getting in the way. The view from the balcony isn't much, just more of the estate and the Punjab sky, but it’s a good place to take a breather. We usually have a kettle going for coffee or tea because that’s what keeps us going through the long afternoons. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work on the tech stuff. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but once you’re focused, you don't really notice it.
