If you go to the Sishu Sadan Market Complex in Basanti Colony, you will find us at Shop Number 33. We are right there in the middle of the hustle of Basanti Nagar. Accen Technology is basically a small shop where we handle all sorts of tech stuff. It gets pretty loud in the market, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. Our space is small and usually filled with spare parts, tools, and half-finished projects. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room. People just walk in, lean over the counter, and tell us what’s wrong with their gear. We’ve been in this market for a bit now and we know most of the other shopkeepers. Sometimes we trade favors or borrow tools from the guy next door. It’s a tight-knit place. We don't put on any acts here. If we can't fix something, we’ll tell you straight. We spend a lot of time squinting at small circuits or waiting for software to load. The lighting in the shop isn't the best, but we have some desk lamps that do the trick. It’s a bit messy, with wires tangling up under the desks, but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of items people leave with us. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy from morning until the market finally shuts down at night.
