I am Vijay Singh, and I run my business out of Baijnath village. It’s a quiet spot in the Kaimur district of Bihar, near Devhaliya and the Ramgarh police station. Life moves at a different pace out here compared to the big cities. My work is done from a small building that my family has used for a long time. It’s simple, with brick walls and a roof that keeps the rain out. I don't use any fancy technology or have a big team of people in suits. It’s mostly just me and a few locals who help out when things get busy. We handle what comes our way day by day. Living in a village means everyone knows your name and where you work, so there's no hiding if you make a mistake. I like that accountability. It keeps me honest and hardworking. The roads around Baijnath can be a bit rough, but people still manage to find their way here when they need something. I don’t have a mission statement or any of that talk.
