Down here in Sasaram, at Cetana Solutions Pvt. Ltd, things move at their own pace. We are located over in Kabirganj, specifically at Moazzam Hussain's place, Moh Daira. It’s a typical Bihar neighborhood, pretty lived-in and familiar to everyone who stays around here. Being in Rohtas, we get the usual weather, hot summers and dusty winds, but the office stays okay. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just the address 821115 for the mail. Most of us living nearby know the shortcuts to get here. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. We handle things as they come. There’s always tea being made somewhere nearby and someone is always talking. It’s not one of those silent offices you see on TV. We just do our work. Some days are busier than others, especially when the internet acts up or the power goes for a bit. We’ve got used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, we just want to do our bit from this corner of Sasaram. If you ever find yourself in Kabirganj, you’ll see it’s a place where people actually know their neighbors. That’s the kind of environment we work in every day. Just simple, straightforward work without any of the extra noise people usually put in these things. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks before the evening sets in.
