If you drive out to Bhondsi in Gurgaon, you'll find us at A-46 A in the Ansal Aravali Retreat. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the rest of the city. Raisina is right there in the hills, so the air feels a bit different. We spend most of our time working the land and keeping the farm in order. Stonehill Farms isn't a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s just us and a few helpers from the local area. The road up to the retreat can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We don't have a polished office or anything like that. Usually, we're just out in the fields or sitting under a tree figuring out what needs doing next. The weather out here in Haryana can be tough, either very hot or quite cold in the winter, but you get used to it. We grow things at our own pace. There’s always a fence to fix or a patch of ground that needs extra water. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. People around here know us as the folks at plot A-46. We like the peace and quiet of the Aravalis. Sometimes you see some local wildlife wandering through the edges of the property. It’s just a regular farm life with all the small daily chores that come with it. We just keep our heads down and get on with the business.
