Our place is out on Hisar Road, right near the State Bank of India. Being at Plot 167 and 168 in the IDC area means we see a lot of industrial traffic coming through. It’s a dusty part of town, especially when the wind picks up. We work in the agricultural sector, so our days are filled with talk about crops, chemicals, and what the farmers are seeing in their fields. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some old metal cabinets and desks that have been around for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone with distributors or checking on the stock in the warehouse. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see people in suits. We usually wear stuff that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. Being near the bank is helpful because there’s always people moving around that corner. Sometimes the trucks get backed up on the road, and it’s a bit of a mess to get in and out of the gate. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been at this location for a while, so we know the local rhythms. We don’t put on any airs about what we do. We just make sure the products are ready when the planting season starts and try to keep things running smooth despite the heat and the dust. It is a practical environment where we get things done without much fuss.
