Nikita Agro Industries

Nikita Agro Industries is out on Jind Road, right near the ITI. Being so close to the technical institute means there are always students and young people walking past our gates. The road itself is usually covered in a bit of dust, especially when the grain trucks go by. Our facility is pretty straightforward. It is built for work, not for showing off. We have large sheds and a yard that gets quite muddy when it rains. The smell of the earth and the machinery is always present here. Inside the office, the furniture is old and sturdy, the kind that lasts for decades. We don't have air conditioning in every room, so we rely on the breeze and some heavy-duty fans. Working in the agro industry means our rhythm changes with the seasons. Some months are incredibly hectic, and we are here until late at night, while others are a bit more relaxed. We have a small crew, and everyone knows how to handle multiple jobs. We don't use much technology for the sake of it; we stick to what has worked for us over the years. The ITI landmark helps people find us because Jind Road can be quite long and repetitive. It’s a honest way to earn a living, and we take pride in the fact that we are a local fixture. There is always a pot of water for anyone who stops by, and we keep things simple.
