Our setup is located in Bidanasi, specifically at Mr. Agadhu Charan Pradhan’s place in the SBI Lane. It’s a quiet area, mostly residential, which suits us just fine. We do engineering work, but we aren't a giant factory. Most of what we do involves planning and managing smaller technical projects. The lane is narrow, so it’s not the kind of place you just stumble upon unless you are looking for us. We've been working from here for a while now. The office is basically a room with some tables, computers, and a lot of paper. We don't have a corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, do the calculations, talk to the clients on the phone, and try to get the jobs finished on time. Sometimes things get delayed because of supplies or weather, but that’s just life. We aren't interested in sounding more important than we are. We are just a small private limited company trying to do good engineering. People in the lane know us, and we know them. It feels like a small community here. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the structures we work on are safe and the people we work for are satisfied. It’s a simple, practical way to run a business. We usually have a bit of a chat with the neighbors in the morning before the real work begins. It’s nice and calm.
