If you are looking for us, we are located down Gali No.-2 in Baljit Nagar. It is one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows each other. Being off Babail Road makes it a bit quieter than the main stretch, which is nice when we are working on things. We are quite close to Hali Colony, so if you reach that area, you are basically here. The shop itself is pretty straightforward. It is filled with the smell of metal and grease, and there is usually some machine humming in the background. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. You just walk in and find someone at a workbench. The floor has some oil stains, and the tools are always scattered around because we are always in the middle of a job. Some days it is just us and the sound of the fans spinning. It can get hot in the summer, but we keep the doors open to get a breeze from the lane. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. People from the neighborhood often stick their heads in to say hello while walking to the main road. We have been at this location for a long time and have seen the buildings around us change, but our little spot in Gali No.-2 stays pretty much the same every year.
