Morwal Engg. Works

We are based in Vill. Jat Shahpur, near P.O. Inchhapuri. It’s a small workshop, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. My family has been doing this kind of engineering work for a long time. We have some old lathes and a few welding machines that we use every single day. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil, and it gets pretty loud when the machines are all running at once. We don't have a big office or a secretary to answer the phones. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and picks it up. Most of the people who come to us are local farmers needing repairs on their equipment or small businesses from the next town over. We don't do any big advertising because word of mouth seems to work just fine for us. It’s a quiet village life until the grinders start up in the morning. We work until the sun goes down, and sometimes later if there’s a job that needs finishing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. We just want to do the work that comes in and do it right. It’s honest labor and it keeps us busy throughout the year. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it’s really hot, but we just keep at it. That’s how things are here in the village.
