Apsara Cafe

Apsara Cafe is located on the Delhi Bypass Road in Rohtak. We are right beside the Hyundai showroom, near Pragati Chowk. It’s a good landmark for people who are trying to find us. We’ve been running this cafe for some time now. It’s just a simple spot to grab a coffee or a quick bite. The bypass road is usually quite loud with all the traffic, but inside it’s a bit calmer. We don’t have any fancy decorations or gourmet chefs. It’s just us making simple food and drinks. Most of our customers are people waiting for their cars at the showroom or folks living in Rohtak. The furniture is nothing special, just some tables and chairs we’ve had for a while. We try to keep the place clean, though it’s hard when people are coming in and out all day. Sometimes we run out of things if the delivery truck is late. That’s just part of running a small business. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who do everything from cleaning to taking orders. It’s a place to sit for a while if you’re in the area. We’ve been here at 124001 and plan to stay for as long as we can. We like the regular faces we see and the stories they tell while they're having their tea. It makes the long days feel a bit shorter.
