Flora Steel Pvt Ltd is situated right near the Gosai Mandir in Qutubpur, Rewari. If you are coming down the road, the temple is the best landmark to look for. Rewari is an old place, and Qutubpur has its own character. Our facility is where we deal with all the steel work. It’s a noisy environment with the sound of metal being moved and cut. The dust from the road often blows into the yard, so we are always cleaning things up. We have a crew of local guys who have been with us for a long time. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We are usually in work boots and heavy shirts. The Haryana heat can be brutal in June, but we just start our day early to get the heavy lifting done before noon. There is no fancy mission statement on the wall here. We just have a list of what needs to be loaded onto the trucks each day. People stop by often because we are so close to the Mandir. Sometimes it feels more like a community spot than a factory.
