Our place is in Sector-3 of Rewari, specifically at House Number 316P in Part-1. It is a residential area, so the street is usually quiet except for when people are coming home from work or kids are playing outside. We converted part of the house into an office space where we handle our daily business. It feels very informal here, and you might see someone’s laundry drying on a balcony nearby. We have a small team, and we all sit in a couple of rooms that are filled with computers and cabinets. The manufacturing and technical side of what we do keeps us pretty busy through the week. We don't have a fancy lunchroom, so we usually just eat at our desks or go to a small stall nearby for a snack. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. Rewari is a growing place, but it still has that small-town feeling where everyone knows what is going on. We just show up every morning, do our work, and head out in the evening. There are no big corporate meetings or anything like that; we just talk to each other across the hall if something needs to be fixed. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of environment. We like the fact that it is a bit more relaxed than the big city offices.
