Satish Steel

You’ll find Satish Steel over in Village Pranda, right on the Pranda Main Road. We are pretty easy to spot because we are right near the State Bank of India. Having the bank nearby is handy for everyone. Our business is mostly about moving steel to where it needs to go. It’s a local operation, and most of us grew up right here in the village or close by. The yard is usually full of trucks and piles of metal. It’s a lot of physical work, loading and unloading, but that’s the nature of the steel business. We don't bother with fancy offices or air conditioning. We have a small cabin where we keep the books and take a break for lunch. The main road can get dusty when the wind picks up, and it’s always got a bit of traffic. We like being part of the Pranda community. People know us by name, and we know them. We don't use marketing tricks or spend money on ads. We just try to be fair and do the work honestly. If someone needs steel for a house or a project, they just walk in. Some days are long and tiring, especially when it's hot out, but we just keep going. It’s just a regular local business doing what it’s always done on the main road. We don't need much more than that to be satisfied with our work.
