Most people just use the post office as a landmark when they are trying to explain where we are located. The atmosphere here is fairly quiet compared to the main city. We have a decent-sized operation going on. There is always a steady flow of paperwork and people checking on inventory. Our office is simple. We have old files that have been there for years and a clock on the wall that ticks a bit too loud. It is not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for the weather and the work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by for business. The area around Birla Vikash has its own pace, and we definitely follow that. It is steady and predictable. Sometimes we have a lot of activity in the yard, and other days it is just us catching up on maintenance. We don't put on a show for anyone. We just do the work that is expected of us.
