Zahir Naikwadi

We are based out of Ratnagiri, specifically in the Mujawar Compound area. It is located right behind Tal, and honestly, if you are not looking for it, you might miss the turn. I have lived around here most of my life, so setting up Zahir Naikwadi in this spot just made sense. It is quiet enough that I can focus, though the monsoon season makes everything a bit damp and slow. Our office is simple. We have a few desks and some old shelves filled with papers. I do not like the way modern offices look with all that glass and cold lighting. Here, we just have the regular windows and a couple of ceiling fans that have seen better days. People in the compound know me by name, which is nice. Sometimes someone will stop by just to chat about the local news while I am trying to sort through my tasks. It is not a corporate headquarters by any means. We handle everything locally and try to keep things as basic as possible. There is no big logo on the wall or a receptionist at the front. If you walk in, you will probably just see me or one of the guys working. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done for the day. Ratnagiri 415612 is a good place to be, even if the pace is a lot slower than the big cities.
