Nurture Konkan Private Limited

Nurture Konkan Private Limited is located at Post Lanja City. We are set up at Vijay Vasudeo Chandorkar’s place. Working in Lanja is a bit different than being in a big city like Mumbai or Pune. It’s a lot more grounded here. We focus on Konkan, which is our home area. Most of the time, we are out and about or handling things from this office. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big staff with different departments for every little thing. Everyone here does a bit of everything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We started this because we wanted to do something that made sense for the local area. Lanja has its own pace, and we try to match that. Some days are slow, especially when the weather gets heavy during the monsoon, but we keep things moving. Dealing with agriculture and the local economy means you have to be ready for anything. It’s not a shiny corporate job. There’s a lot of dust and real-world problems to solve every morning. We’ve known our neighbors and the people in the city for years. That’s just how it is in a place like this. We are just trying to build something that lasts without making a big fuss about it. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it here in the heart of the community.
