We operate out of the home of Sanika Anant Joyshi in the Tal-Guhagar area. Ratnagiri is famous for its fruit, and being here in Guhagar gives us a good connection to the organic side of things. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big staff. It is mostly just us sitting around the office area at Sanika’s place, working through the paperwork. The air is fresh here because of all the greenery. We focus on organic methods because that’s what people around here are interested in lately. It isn’t always easy to keep everything organized, but we try our best. Guhagar is a beautiful place to work, even if the rain gets heavy during the monsoon. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors about their trees and gardens. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just want to be a reliable spot for the people in Joyshiwadi and the surrounding parts of Guhagar. It’s a quiet life, but the work we do with the organic producers keeps us busy enough throughout the year. We don't have any polished presentations, just real people working on real agricultural problems in our little corner of the world.
