Caylon Systems (Opc) Private Limited

Our place is located down in Ratnagiri at Plot No. Fp-1 in the MIDC Mirjole area. Surrounded by other businesses and small factories, the atmosphere is quite different from a city office. Caylon Systems is a small operation run by just a few of us here. One nice thing about being in Ratnagiri is that the air feels a bit fresher than in the big metros. The office itself is a simple, no-frills building on the plot. We haven't decorated it with anything fancy since we just need the basics to work. A few trees nearby provide a bit of shade during the hotter parts of the day. Most of our hours are spent at our desks, dealing with whatever systems we are managing. When it gets hot in the afternoon, we keep the fans going at full speed. With such a small staff, we see the same faces every single day. We’ve gotten to know the security guards and the folks at the other units nearby. It is a much quieter way to work than being in the middle of the Mumbai rush. Dealing with dusty roads or the occasional stray dog in the compound is just part of the routine. This is a practical environment where the focus stays on the job. We really like it when the big machines nearby finally shut down for the evening. It is a decent, honest place to get things done without having to deal with the chaos of the city.
