Bitwin Computer

Bitwin Computer is based in the Nashiman Apartment in Chiplun, which is in the Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra. It is a small town vibe here, very different from the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Being in the Konkan region means we get a lot of rain, and sometimes that makes things a bit slow. We handle computers and related stuff from our shop in the apartment building. It’s not a big mall store. It’s a local place where people bring their laptops when they stop working or if they need a new part. We have tools scattered around and plenty of spare cables. Chiplun is a nice place to live, even if it’s a bit quiet. Our customers are mostly locals who live nearby or students who need their machines fixed for school. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us working on motherboards and screens throughout the day. The shop can get a bit messy with all the boxes and old monitors, but we know where everything is. We don’t use any fancy sales talk. If a computer is broken, we tell you what’s wrong and how much it will cost to fix it. People seem to appreciate that. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we like being part of the community here in Ratnagiri. It's a simple life and we enjoy the work we do.
