Out here in Dhoswas, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Shantidev Agrotech is based right here at Bhupendra Patidar’s place in the Ratlam district. We do a lot of work with the local crops and the tech side of farming. It’s a rural spot, so we’re right in the middle of where everything actually grows. Most days involve a lot of walking around and checking on the fields. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s more of a practical setup where we can talk to the farmers directly. Ratlam is known for its land, and we try to do our part in keeping things moving. It gets hot during the summer, but we stay busy regardless. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid. Sometimes the internet is spotty, so we do a lot of things by hand or over the phone. You’ll usually find us drinking tea and talking about the next harvest. It’s a family-oriented kind of business. We’ve known the people around here for years. The address is simple to find if you know the village. We handle the agrotech side of things, trying to figure out better ways to handle the soil and the seeds. It’s honest work. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just work and keep the office running.
