Titari Angoor Producer Company Limited

Our group goes by the name Titari Angoor Producer Company Limited. We are based out of Bherulal Devram’s place in Patidar Gram Titri. This is right in the Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh. We mostly deal with grapes because that’s what this area is good for. If you come to Titri, you will see vines almost everywhere you look. It isn't an easy job, growing fruit. You have to worry about the rain and the pests every single day. We aren't professional managers or anything like that. We are just farmers who decided to work together to sell our grapes better. Our office is just a simple room where we sit down to talk about the harvest and who is buying what this year. It gets very crowded when the grapes are ripe. Everyone is in a hurry and the smell of fruit is everywhere. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just use our hands and our knowledge of the soil. Ratlam has a specific kind of weather that makes the grapes taste a certain way, and we try to protect that. Sometimes we argue about the prices or the transport, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with your neighbors. We’ve lived here forever and we plan to stay. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We just want to keep the farms going without too much fuss.
