Our office and yard are on Samudra Lingapoor Road, over in Sai Nagar. Even though the name says Suharsha Minerals Pvt. Ltd., we aren’t some big corporate setup with glass walls. It’s a dusty site with plenty of outdoor space for the mineral stocks. We deal with the logistics of moving earth and minerals from one place to another. The road outside can get a bit bumpy, especially after the rains, which makes it tricky for the heavy lorries. We have a small team here. Some handle the paperwork in the small office block, and the rest are out in the yard. We usually have a bit of a break in the afternoon when it gets too hot to handle the equipment. Sai Nagar is a growing area, so things are changing around us, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We focus on getting the mineral loads sorted and shipped out on time. There’s no fancy talk here, just talk about tonnage and truck schedules. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit under the trees for a bit until it comes back on. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s names. We just do our work on Samudra Lingapoor Road and head home when the job is done. It’s honest, hard work that keeps us going day in and day out without much fuss. We've been here long enough that the dust doesn't even bother us anymore.
