Rsp Minerals is located out in Maheswaram, which is part of the R. R. District near Hyderabad. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but that is where the space is for handling minerals properly. Mandal is a quiet area for the most part, though you do hear the sound of machinery and trucks from time to time during the day. We don't have any fancy desks or air conditioning in the main work area. It is mostly just us, the minerals, and the tools we use to get things sorted. The air can get a bit heavy with dust when we are sorting through different batches of material. We spend our days checking the quality and making sure the piles are sorted correctly in the yard. It’s repetitive work, but someone has to do it to keep things moving. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know the routine by heart and don't need much direction. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or showing off. People who need minerals usually find their way to Maheswaram anyway. The road can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially after the rains hit the district and leave puddles everywhere. We just keep the gates open and get to work as soon as the sun is up. It is an honest way to live.
