Down in Kandukur Village, you'll find us at Sy. No. 906. We are in the mineral business, which means a lot of dust and heavy lifting. Ranga Reddy District is a big place, but we've settled in this corner for our operations. The yard is usually full of raw stones and crushed material. It’s hard on the equipment, so we are always repairing something. We don't wear suits here; it's mostly boots and work shirts. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoons. We have a small shed where we keep the tools and take our breaks. It’s not a place for a fancy visit. We just process what comes in and send it back out. Most of our workers have been with us since we started. We know the truck drivers who come by every week. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than finishing the day's work. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and the ground turns to mud. We just wait it out and get back to it. It’s straightforward work. We handle the minerals, manage the site, and keep the machines running as best as we can. That’s our daily life here. We don't have time for anything complicated. It's just us and the rocks and the machines and trying to make it all work together.
