Our operation is located at Survey No. 66 and 77 in Aushapur Village. That is in the R.R Dist area. We have a large plot of land here, which is necessary for the kind of minerals we handle. It is more of a working yard than a typical office. We spend most of our hours outside in the open air, regardless of whether it’s hot or raining. We have a small cabin where we keep our files and take some shade during lunch. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't interested in looking polished or corporate. Our boots are usually muddy, and our clothes get dusty by mid-morning. That is just how the mineral business is in Aushapur. Most of our workers are local guys from the village. We’ve been here for a long time, and we know the landscape well. We don't have a website or do any fancy marketing. Our customers are mostly regulars who have been buying from us for years. They know where to find us and what to expect. We just focus on sorting the minerals and getting the trucks loaded on time. It is hard, physical work, but it feels good at the end of the day. We don't make big promises; we just do what we can. It’s a quiet, honest way to run a business out here in the district, away from the city noise.
