Varalaxmi Industries

Varalaxmi Industries is based out of Plot No. 26 in Sai Prabhu Homes, which is over in the Shiva Narayana Puram area of Badanpet. We are part of the Saroornagar Mandal. The business is basically a small manufacturing setup where we make a few specific items for local suppliers. It is located at H. No. 7-26, so it is a bit of a mix between a residential and a working space. My family and I have been involved in this for some time now. We have some machines running most of the day, so it can get a bit noisy, but the neighbors are mostly used to us by now. We do not have a huge workforce, just a few reliable people who know how to operate the equipment. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of what we produce and making sure the orders are ready for pickup on time. It is a lot of physical work, and the shed can get quite warm during the summer months. We do not do much in the way of fancy marketing, as most of our business comes from long-term contacts we have made over the years. Badanpet is growing fast, and we have seen a lot more houses popping up around our plot recently. It is a simple operation, really. We focus on getting the product right and making sure our customers are happy with what they receive from us in Saroornagar Mandal.
