Our site is out at Plot No. 36 in the Mahankal IDA area. It's a big stretch of land covering several survey numbers like 460/2 and 479. Being out here in Maheswaram Mandal means we have plenty of space, but it’s a long way from the city center of Hyderabad. The Ranga Reddy district heat is no joke when you’re out on the factory floor or walking across the plot. We spend our days managing the machinery and looking over the layout of the yard. There’s a lot of activity with people coming and going from the Mankhal village nearby. It's a proper industrial setup, so there is a lot of noise and heavy equipment moving around. We don't have fancy carpets or quiet offices here. Everything is built for work. We have to keep track of a lot of moving parts across the different sections of the property. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs fixing and that slows us down, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we know the land pretty well. It’s a lot of coordination between the staff to keep things running. We just focus on the daily output and making sure the site is managed correctly. It takes a lot of effort to keep the machinery running and the trucks moving in and out of the main gate.
