STB Residency is where our office is located in Saroornagar. We are on the 4th floor, specifically in Flat No. 401. The house number for the building is 16-1. Diarhytham Pharmaceuticals Private Limited has been operating from this flat for some time now. Being on the fourth floor means we have a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens occasionally. Jinkala Bavi is the local landmark we tell everyone to look for. The office itself feels a lot like a home because it’s a residential flat converted for work. We have desks in the main rooms and a lot of storage for our pharmaceutical documents. Saroornagar is a busy area with plenty of traffic and shops nearby. You can hear the sounds of the street even from the fourth floor. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. There is no corporate lobby or fancy receptionist here. You just come in and we talk across the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or managing our stock lists. The balcony gives us a view of the rooftops in the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup that works for our pharmaceutical business. We don’t go in for big marketing or polished interiors. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together in the small pantry.
